Low Fund Availability Notice — Currently Not Accepting New Applications
OSLF has been hit hard recently with an extraordinarily high number of applications, and funds needed for active and pending cases exceed our current resources. We are very sad to say that we are not accepting any new applicants at this time, so that we may concentrate on fundraising for those dogs already accepted for assistance. This will remain in effect until further notice.
Please help make this a temporary situation by spreading the word to potential supporters, and donating if you are able. If now is not a good time for you to donate, perhaps you could help us through our other programs. Our Mission
Orthodogs'
Silver Lining Foundation (OSLF) was created to serve as a place of
hope for owners and/or caretakers of orthopedically challenged dogs.
Our goal is to provide access to fundraising resources and to make
emergency funds available for exceptional cases.
Silver's Cause, a
unique fund created specifically for service dogs, will provide
financial assistance for any medical problem that these special
companions may face. Silver's Cause will help to ensure that the
relationship between a disabled person and their partner will not
be threatened by costly medical expenses.
It is the Foundation's hope that the efforts of OSLF will ease the
financial burden that many families and/or guardians are often faced
with, and that no dog will go without treatment or be without a
home simply because of their extraordinary circumstances.

Keep an eye out for our upcoming initiative, "Please Fence Me In", which will encourage and educate pet owners on responsible ownership.
We'll have educational articles, tips, new merchandise, etc.
